- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare your pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- Toss the sliced peaches with sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
- Fill the crust with the peach mixture.
- Top with another layer of crust or a crumb topping.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool the pie before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat. Can be stored covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
