Quick and easy wraps that combine the flavors of a classic fast-food favorite with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • Additional pickles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayo, mustard, and pickles in a bowl for the sauce.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add onion, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble each tortilla with sauce, beef, cheese, and lettuce.
  6. Roll tightly and serve warm.

Notes

For lighter options, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise and use plant-based crumbles for a vegetarian version.
