A warming, zesty detox drink made with ginger, lemon, cinnamon, turmeric, and raw honey — designed to support digestion, curb cravings, and complement your weight loss routine naturally.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup filtered water
    • 1-inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
    • Juice of 1 medium lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
    • 1 teaspoon raw honey
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper

    Instructions

    1. Heat water in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Add grated ginger and steep for 3–5 minutes.
    2. Reduce heat to low. Add ground cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper. Stir for 30 seconds, then add fresh lemon juice.
    3. Remove from heat. Let cool for 1 minute, then stir in raw honey until dissolved. Strain into a mug and serve warm.

    Notes

    Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 20–30 minutes before a meal. Store batches in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently — do not boil.
