Ingredients
- 4 crusty bread loaves
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or parmesan)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in the Alfredo sauce until well combined and heated through.
- Hollow out the tops of the bread loaves.
- Fill each bread bowl with the chicken and Alfredo mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the bread is golden and the cheese is bubbly, about 15 minutes.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
