Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta until al dente, then allow it to cool.
- Grill or poach the chicken until juicy and then slice it.
- Toss the cooled pasta with shredded romaine, sliced chicken, and Caesar dressing.
- Top with fresh parmesan and a sprinkle of black pepper.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the dressing separate to maintain the lettuce’s crispness.
