Ingredients
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tortillas (whole wheat or gluten-free)
Instructions
- Grill or pan-sear your chicken until it’s cooked through and golden brown.
- Allow chicken to rest before slicing it into bite-size pieces.
- Mix the sliced chicken with chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the mixture onto the center.
- Fold in the edges and roll it tightly to enclose the filling.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
