Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tortillas (whole wheat or gluten-free)

Instructions

  1. Grill or pan-sear your chicken until it’s cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Allow chicken to rest before slicing it into bite-size pieces.
  3. Mix the sliced chicken with chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the mixture onto the center.
  5. Fold in the edges and roll it tightly to enclose the filling.

Notes
