Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or tahini for a vegan option)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Pita bread for serving
  • Fresh cucumbers and tomatoes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with garlic, cumin, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper; let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
