Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan or wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken in batches, cooking until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in the zucchini and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with sesame seeds and herbs.
