A delicious Chicken Zucchini Stir Fry bringing together tender chicken pieces and vibrant zucchini, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken in batches, cooking until golden brown and cooked through.
