Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables and chickpeas.
  2. Mix them in a large bowl with the feta.
