Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked breakfast strips, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Layer the chicken breasts in a single layer in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4 hours until the chicken is easily shredded.
- Shred the chicken in the cooker with two forks.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, crumbled breakfast strips, and chopped green onions.
- Heat until the cheese melts through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
