Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 large carrots, julienned or grated
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (dill or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers and carrots thoroughly.
  2. Slice the cucumbers and julienne or grate the carrots.
