Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (like spinach, bell peppers, and carrots)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
- Stir in fresh vegetables and cook until just tender, about 2-3 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring until well combined.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions.
Notes
For added flavor, use leftover chicken. Feel free to substitute vegetables as desired.
