A quick and delicious chicken recipe with a crispy exterior and tangy dill pickle flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken breast evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Cook the chicken until golden brown and juices run clear, about 20-25 minutes in the oven or 7-10 minutes per side in the pan.
