Instructions
- Sauté the onion in oil until translucent.
- Brown the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in tomato paste and taco seasoning, adding a splash of water or broth if dry.
- Assemble tortillas with cheese above and below the beef filling, then fold and seal.
- Pan-fry in shallow oil until both sides are golden and crisp.
- Drain on a wire rack and serve immediately.
