- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- Layer the sliced beef, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms in the slow cooker.
- Add the beef broth for moisture.
- Cook slowly until the beef becomes tender and the vegetables soften.
- Stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheese near the end.
- Add the tortellini in the last 20-30 minutes of cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste just before serving.
