Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Whisk together sun-dried tomatoes, cream, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and slow-cook on low until the chicken is tender and shreds easily.
- Shred the chicken in the sauce to mix flavors and thicken the sauce.
- Cook on high for 20–30 minutes if the sauce needs thickening.
Notes
Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes. Can be made dairy-free by substituting cream with coconut milk.
