Delicious and creamy deviled eggs, perfect for potlucks and gatherings, made easy with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in cold water, then bring to a gentle boil.
  2. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 12 minutes.
  3. Plunge into ice water to cool before peeling.
  4. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  5. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar until smooth.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  7. Garnish with paprika or fresh herbs as desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
