Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Boil the eggs in cold water, then bring to a gentle boil.
- Remove from heat and let sit covered for 12 minutes.
- Plunge into ice water to cool before peeling.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with paprika or fresh herbs as desired.
