Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons cold water (for blooming)
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Juice of ½ lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
  • 1 pinch ground ginger (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of cold water into a small bowl or mug. Sprinkle gelatin powder over the surface. Let bloom for 2 minutes until spongy.
  2. Heat 1 cup of water until hot but not boiling. Pour over bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved and clear.
