A simple, wellness-focused pink gelatin drink made with unflavored gelatin, natural pomegranate or hibiscus juice, lemon, and warming spices. Low in added sugar, naturally colorful, and ready in minutes.

    Ingredients

    • 1 packet (7g) unflavored gelatin powder
    • 1 cup unsweetened pomegranate or hibiscus juice
    • 1 cup cold water
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon raw honey or a few drops of liquid stevia (optional, to taste)
    • ΒΌ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • Pinch of ground ginger
    • Ice cubes for serving (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Pour the cold water into a small saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the surface. Let it bloom undisturbed for 2 minutes.
    2. Warm the saucepan over low heat, stirring gently until the gelatin dissolves completely. Do not boil β€” warm enough to melt, about 2 to 3 minutes.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in the pomegranate or hibiscus juice, fresh lemon juice, cinnamon, and ginger. Mix until fully combined.
    4. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or stevia if desired, then stir again to incorporate.
    5. Pour into a glass or mold. Serve warm immediately, or refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Serve chilled or over ice.

    Notes

Always bloom your gelatin in cold liquid first before applying heat β€” this ensures a smooth, lump-free result. Use 100% unsweetened juice for the best flavor and a naturally vibrant pink color. Keep heat low; boiling can weaken the gelatin’s setting strength. This recipe scales up easily β€” double the batch and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
