A creamy, ultra-simple slow-cooker chicken recipe, perfect for weeknight dinners and meal prep, featuring ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and sharp cheddar.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup crunchy crumbles
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Layer the chicken and ranch seasoning in the slow cooker.
  2. Place blocks of cream cheese on top.
  3. Cook until the chicken is fork-tender, about 6-8 hours on low.
  4. Shred the chicken in the cooker using two forks.
  5. Stir in cheddar, crunchy crumbles, and green onions.
  6. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
