- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup crunchy crumbles
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Layer the chicken and ranch seasoning in the slow cooker.
- Place blocks of cream cheese on top.
- Cook until the chicken is fork-tender, about 6-8 hours on low.
- Shred the chicken in the cooker using two forks.
- Stir in cheddar, crunchy crumbles, and green onions.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
Notes
For a creamier texture, let cream cheese soften before adding. For a thicker sauce, remove the lid in the last 20–30 minutes.
