Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Assorted fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, banana, etc.)
  • Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)
  • Honey for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Spread the sugar cookie dough evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden.
  4. Cool the crust completely.
  5. Mix the softened cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the cooled crust.
  7. Arrange the fresh fruits artfully on top.
