Ingredients
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 2 cups apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar (or maple syrup/honey)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Chop the rhubarb and apples into even pieces.
- Cook them in a pot with a splash of water over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until soft.
- Stir in your sweetener and spices.
- Blend until smooth using an immersion or standard blender.
