Instructions
- Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add flour gradually until well combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Scoop portions of dough and roll them into balls.
- Make an indentation in each ball with your thumb.
- Fill the indentations with your chosen jam.
- Bake until edges are golden, about 10-15 minutes.
Notes
Dust with powdered sugar before serving for a lovely presentation. Store in an airtight container.
