Ingredients
- 4 slices of crusty bread or sandwich bread
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and let it infuse the butter without burning.
- Spread garlic butter on the outsides of the bread slices.
- Place cheese between two slices of bread to form a sandwich.
- Press the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, flipping midway.

Serve with tomato soup or a side salad for the perfect meal.
