Delicious and satisfying dish combining tender beef with savory garlic and buttery potatoes, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb small potatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Season the beef bites with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Boil the halved potatoes in a separate pot until fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  6. Add the boiled potatoes to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
