Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb small potatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Season the beef bites with salt and pepper.
- Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Boil the halved potatoes in a separate pot until fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Add the boiled potatoes to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
