Fresh corn on the cob slathered in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for summer barbecues or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the corn by peeling and removing the silk.
  2. Boil or grill the cobs for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then add minced garlic and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Brush the garlic Parmesan mixture over each cob generously.
  5. Grill the corn for a few more minutes to meld the flavors.
