A warm, crispy flatbread topped with juicy grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a drizzle of tangy tzatziki sauce, perfect for busy weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces of flatbread
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it.
  4. Warm the flatbread on the grill or in a pan.
  5. Assemble the flatbreads by layering sliced chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and tzatziki sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve immediately.
