A vibrant Greek Chicken Souvlaki Grazing Board with creamy feta dip and colorful veggies, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or mint), chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup olives
  • Pita bread, warmed

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  3. Grill the skewers until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and fresh herbs in a bowl until smooth to make the feta dip.
  5. Arrange the grilled chicken skewers on a serving board with a bowl of feta dip in the center.
