Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese
- Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or mint), chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup olives
- Pita bread, warmed
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and fresh herbs in a bowl until smooth to make the feta dip.
- Arrange the grilled chicken skewers on a serving board with a bowl of feta dip in the center.
- Surround with sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, and warm pita bread.

Notes
