Ingredients

  • 1 pound top-quality steak
  • 4 cups fresh salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Your favorite herbs (e.g., rosemary, thyme)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Feta cheese or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and herbs for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the grill to medium-high temperature.
  3. Grill the steak to your desired doneness, achieving a nice char.
  4. Rest the grilled steak for a few minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
