- Fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced

Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak for about 4-6 minutes on each side, according to desired doneness.
- Let it rest for a few minutes after grilling.
- Layer the sliced mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil on top of the steak.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
