Ingredients

  • 1 Ribeye or Sirloin steak
  • Fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat.
