Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in salsa verde for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grease the grates.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Add pepper jack cheese during the last few minutes of grilling to allow it to melt.
Notes
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after grilling for juicier results. Adjust the salsa verde seasoning to taste before marinating.
