Delicious and satisfying grilled steak and shrimp skewers, perfect for warm evenings and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank), cubed
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Your choice of herbs (optional)
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Marinate shrimp and steak in garlic butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread shrimp and steak onto skewers alternately.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Cook skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side for steak and 2-3 minutes for shrimp.
  6. Brush with garlic butter during grilling.
  7. Serve garnished with parsley or lemon juice.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. These skewers can be marinated a few hours before grilling.
