Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank), cubed
- 1/2 cup garlic butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (optional)
- Your choice of herbs (optional)
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Marinate shrimp and steak in garlic butter, salt, and pepper.
- Thread shrimp and steak onto skewers alternately.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cook skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side for steak and 2-3 minutes for shrimp.
- Brush with garlic butter during grilling.
- Serve garnished with parsley or lemon juice.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. These skewers can be marinated a few hours before grilling.
