Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup kiwi, chopped
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- Optional: Toasted coconut or mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and prepare your fruits, removing any skins or pits as necessary.
- Chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine them in a large mixing bowl.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until each piece of fruit is coated.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled, garnished with toasted coconut or mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
