Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Condiments of choice (ketchup, mustard, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Shape the ground beef into small, uniform patties.
  3. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the patties until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
