Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- Skewers
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the steak in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating each ingredient.
- Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve on a platter, sprinkled with sesame seeds and green onions.
