Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Toss the shrimp in the marinade until well coated.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Add the shrimp in a single layer in the skillet.
  5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and firm.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve over rice or vegetables. Adjust seasoning by adding more soy sauce if the sauce is too sweet.
