Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the shrimp in the marinade until well coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the shrimp in a single layer in the skillet.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and firm.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve over rice or vegetables. Adjust seasoning by adding more soy sauce if the sauce is too sweet.
