Ingredients

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp with honey, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated shrimp to the pan in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
