Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the peach halves in a blender until smooth.
- Combine the peach puree with lemon juice and cold water in a large pitcher.
- Adjust sweetness with sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve in tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with lemon slices or mint.
Notes
Select ripe peaches for the best flavor. If a smoother texture is preferred, strain the peach puree before mixing. Adjust sweetness to personal preference.
