A refreshing twist on the classic Italian Caprese salad featuring crisp cucumbers, creamy mozzarella, fresh basil, and a tangy balsamic reduction.

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic reduction, to taste
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers into thick rounds.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into similar-sized pieces.
  3. Arrange the cucumber and mozzarella slices on a platter, interspersed with fresh basil leaves.
  4. Drizzle your balsamic reduction over the top just before serving.

Notes
