Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (such as fusilli or penne)
  • 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or grilled)
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
