Ingredients

  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 cups mixed leafy greens (romaine, arugula or other)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients for the salad.
  2. Wash and dry the leafy greens thoroughly.
  3. Toss the greens with the diced avocado, sliced bell peppers, cucumbers, and radishes.
