Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
  2. Mix your dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Coat the cucumbers with the dressing, letting them marinate for about 10 minutes.
