Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add lemon zest and juice, mixing well.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Scoop the mixture into a mold and freeze for 2-3 hours.
Notes
For variety, try using Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese, or substitute blueberries with raspberries.
