A hearty burrito stuffed with seasoned beef, rice, beans, and melted cheese, perfect for quick meals and game-day spreads.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Optional fresh toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeƱos, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet and drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and the water, simmer until the beef is saucy and well-coated.
  3. Lay out a large tortilla and spread refried beans, then rice, seasoned beef, and shredded cheese.
  4. Add optional fresh toppings, roll tightly, slice if desired.
  5. Serve with sour cream on the side.

Notes

Warm tortillas briefly for easier rolling and prevent tearing. Freeze burritos for up to 2 months.
