Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Sour cream for serving
- Optional fresh toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeƱos, etc.)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet and drain any excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and the water, simmer until the beef is saucy and well-coated.
- Lay out a large tortilla and spread refried beans, then rice, seasoned beef, and shredded cheese.
- Add optional fresh toppings, roll tightly, slice if desired.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
Notes
Warm tortillas briefly for easier rolling and prevent tearing. Freeze burritos for up to 2 months.
